William King is a 2025 RHP/3B, MIF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Macon, GA who attends First Presbyterian Day. A bigger frame with a medium build. Room to keep filling out moving forward. Ran an 8.08 60-yard dash. A primary right-handed pitcher who worked out of the stretch with a clean delivery as he worked down the mound. Stays on line and had a short arm swing through the back. Threw strikes in a mostly fastball barrage that had success. His fastball worked up to 79 mph and was holding the mid- to upper-70s. The pitch had some arm-side run and was effective. Also was able to kill spin on his changeup, down to 1,435 RPMs while working the mid-60s. Punched out 6 hitters over 3.0 innings of work, allowing just 1 hit. He's a right-handed hitter who starts with a wide base and is closed off. Keeps the back elbow up and rotates through contact with strength in the hands. He mainly worked up the middle and pull side during his round of BP with some good impacts. He swings hard and produced an 83 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. A primary middle infielder who threw 80 mph across the diamond with accuracy. Gets to the ball, and fields it up the middle as he funnels into the throw. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
