Mekhi Thompson is a 2026 1B/RHP/OF with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Navarre, FL who attends Lighthouse Private Christian Academy. Thompson works from a medium still plenty projectable build with time to add strength and fill out as a '26 prospect. Exclusively from his primary 1B spot, he showcased sound footwork with the ability to field out in front flashing a full arm action across the diamond up to 76 mph. He made plays asked of him with fluidity improving as Thompson continues to physically develop. Offensively, the righty started from a wider open stance with a high hand set and high back elbow displaying an aggressive stroke with lots of lower half weight shift to produce some contact to all parts of the field. He has strength in the hands when on time and should see more consistency as the barrel control refines. Posted an 80 mph exit velo. Ran a 7.97 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
