Gabe Blaxberg is a 2026 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Gulfport, FL who attends Canterbury School Of Florida. Broad shouldered young athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. Left handed hitter, has a simple swing approach with a quiet load and lower hand set, turns his hips well to drive his swing, has some natural lift, good present bat speed for his age with impressive barrel accuracy, hits the ball hard to all fields and can drive the ball the other way, very hitterish actions in the box, will keep improving offensively as he gets stronger. 7.71 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has athletic actions through the ball with good footwork and direction into his throws, has a compact arm action and gets on top of the ball well. Also pitched, throws from a compact high 3/4's arm slot, arm can be late coming through at times. Fastball sat in the mid 70's and was mostly straight, still developing feel for spinning the ball. Excellent student. Named to the Preseason HS Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
