Finn O'Meara is a 2023 3B/RHP with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Clarendon Hills, IL who attends Nazareth Academy. Medium frame with solid build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.21 seconds. Hits from open stance with leg lift trigger, lengthy bar through back with hands in load, pull-side approach with hip leak, shows strength in that direction, can create lift and does so, good power upside. Worked out in the infield, quickness to footwork with good feel for positioning, hands work well, quick release, clocked up to 80 mph across the diamond. Also pitched, lengthy arm stroke with looseness to 3/4 slot release, fastball worked 79-83 mph with life to arm side, flashes sharp slider, developing feel for repeating/command. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
