Daniel Cerelli is a 2025 3B/RHP, 2B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Plant. On the mound he works exclusively from the stretch and has a mid 3/4 slot as he worked his fastball on both sides of the plate. In the infield he had one of the better backhands as he worked to the ball aggressively and showed the ability to throw from multiple arm slots and was accurate from both. More softness in the feet as he gets older will be beneficial. In the box this lefty showed high hands and flashed some strength through extension. A deep load and a wide base round out the set up and when he found consistent separation he found the barrel more to the pull side. Great Student.
