Titus Wootson is a 2021 LHP/ with a 5-9 190 lb. frame from Nashville, TN who attends Ensworth. Medium frame with a stocky type build showing strength throughout the frame, especially the lower half. Primary Left-Handed Pitcher, works with a side-step to a belt high lift out of the windup. Sits on back leg and then drives down the mound. Full arm circle in the back before releasing from a high three-quarter slot. Does a good job getting extended as he works down the line while getting out his front side. Ran the fastball up to 68 mph and mixed in a solid changeup that had hitters off-balance. Also proved to have some feel for a 1-to-7 moving breaking ball that he landed for strikes. Mixed up his pitches and knew how to get outs. Pitchability showing and was confident with his arsenal. Good Student.
