Connor Day is a 2025 C/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-9 200 lb. frame from Barnhart, MO who attends Seckman Sr. Medium size, physical frame. Ran a 7.01 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a side set up, on line footwork getting downhill, efficient transfer gaining ground to throw and a strong and accurate throwing arm, highlighted by throwing a runner out in game. Lots of traits to work with and showed versatility in game playing solid defense at multiple spots. Right handed hitter hit from a slightly open stance with leg lift timing. Real intent to the swing with an uphill bat path through the zone and strength and bat speed in the swing. Primary pull side approach, and a real connected swing that allows him to consistently get the barrel out front and impact the baseball. Swung the bat well in game both days. Also hopped on the mound and ran a fastball up to 84 spotting in all around the zone. Developing feel for the slider. Just an all around baseball player. Named to Sunshine Midwest Top Prospect List. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
