Kayson Perdue is a 2028 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-4 125 lb. frame from New Castle, IN who attends Blue River Valley Jr-Sr. Smaller build. Ran a 9.53 60-yard dash. Primary left handed pitcher that worked quickly on the mound with some repeatable movements on the mound landing direct to the plate. Showed a fastball and beginning stages curveball with some strike throwing ability. Made the routine plays defensively at first base with developing arm strength. Hit from a narrow and open stance at the plate with leg lift timing. Dives out over the plate some, hands sink in the load but he'll get the barrel through the zone with an uphill bat path. Great student.
