Primary right-handed pitcher, quick tempo to delivery, higher leg lift with a longer arm action through the back, works to a high three-quarters release point with quickness to it. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, shows flashes of running life through the zone, incorporates lower half well, will continue to refine a consistent release point. Showed a slider up to 63 mph with short shape when working on top of the ball. Low set up behind the plate, receives the ball out front, tends to get tall, accurate throws down to second base, young footwork and will continue to refine. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
