James Stoeckel is a 2025 OF/2B, MIF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Lutheran South Academy. Recorded a 7.08 second 60-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with a medium frame and athletic build. Works through the ball in the outfield with fundamental footwork and one-hand gather to exchange. Works inline with accurate throws to the bases at 82 mph. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and high hands setup in the box. Linear bat path through the zone engaging his lower half with impact through the middle of the field. Controls the barrel with a compact stroke and line drive impact. Excellent student.
