Zachary Tuxhorn is a 2025 C/IF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Clear Lake. Tall, strong bodied backstop. Defensively, slight side-saddle set up, quick exchanges into a from ear release. Footwork works in rhythm and gains ground to the target. Strong accurate throws to the base both traditionally and from the knees. Impressed with in game throws. At the plate, he sets up with wide spread base utilizing leg lift timing mechanism. Hands drift a bit to contact but shows ample strength at impact. Loud gap to gap pop with feel for the barrel. Round got better and better as it progressed. 2.00 pop time. 7.16 60-yard. Outstanding student. Named to the Top Prospect List.
