Sean Newton is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Seminole, FL who attends Osceola. Long and lanky with plenty of projection. Ran a 7.71 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works exclusively from the stretch, works easy and loose, has the components for success as he matures, fastball plays true to velocity working to both edges and shows feel for a curveball out of 12 to 6 shape. Secondary outfielder, works loose and fluid to the ball, attacks it well and carries momentum through release. Right-handed hitter, sets up wide and uses a big leg lift trigger for timing, swings hard and fluidly with good projection as he strengthens. Great student.
