Carter Bentley is a 2025 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Hopkinton, MA who attends The Rivers. Tall athletic build with some present strength and more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance, short to the ball with quickness to his hands, creates some separation at contact, swings hard and looks to drive the ball, gets nice carry off the barrel, has some upside as he gets stronger. 6.70 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, very athletic through the ball with a confident gather, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot with very good carry on his throws. Also worked out in the infield with a third base profile, has soft hands and plenty of arm strength, moves well for his size, can develop here with more repetitions as well. Good student, verbal commitment to Virginia Tech.
