Josh McWilliams is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Aurora, CO who attends Chaparral. He has a good frame with a slender build and plenty of room to add strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.34 seconds. Primary outfielder that stays back on the ball and fields it off his back foot. He has a shorter arm action and uses a big crow hop to gain momentum for his throws. He could add more velocity on his throws by working through the process with his lower half more. Made consistently accurate throws. Right-handed hitter that starts in an even base with a high back elbow. He uses a leg lift trigger for timing. He has a rotational swing with a longer bat path. He would be able to be on time more consistently by shortening up his swing and by staying direct to the baseball. He made his best contact when working to the pull side.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
