Jack Wheeler is a 2025 3B/RHP, SS with a 6-5 190 lb. frame from Morris, IL who attends Morris Community. Features a long, lean, projectable frame. On the mound he worked one inning and struck out the side. He was fastball heavy with the ability to work downhill. Fastball has arm side run with sink. More to come with the breaking ball has he works on his feel for the pitch. It was a brief look but he impressed. On the infield he has a physical, athletic look. His hands work well out front with really good actions and a cannon across the diamond. At the plate he has a medium base and takes a short stride to contact. He does a nice job getting full extension with the ability to find barrels. he is an excellent student.
