Jackson Babcock is a 2024 3B/RHP, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from League City, TX who attends Clear Creek. Medium frame with compact, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.39 seconds. Hits from slightly open stance, quick and clean stroke that gets the barrel out front, creates leverage, good ability to work to all fields, projects well with strength. Worked out in the infield, clean actions with athletic footwork, shows range, hands work very well, quick release with accuracy, clocked up to 83 mph. Also pitched, worked up to 75 mph with fastball and landed slow breaker for strikes. Very good student, named to 2022 Sunshine South Top Prospect List.
