Landon Riggs is a 2023 SS/RHP/OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Oklahoma City, OK who attends Mount Saint Mary. Recorded a 7.89 second 60 yard dash time. Medium frame and wiry build with plenty of room to fill. Primary shortstop with a smooth glove to the backhand and forehand sides. Has solid defensive actions with good footwork and a quick transfer and release. Developing agility and range at present, arm strength will improve as he continues to get stronger. Secondary right-handed pitcher, comes from a three-quarters slot with a rhythmic delivery. Struggled to command the fastball in this look. Flashed a floating changeup and a sluvry-shaped slider, would slow his arm down to throw it. Right-handed hitter with a square and balanced stance, utilizes a leg lift trigger. Has some loft to the path and handles the barrel well. Smooth swing with an all fields approach, developing strength and quickness at present. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
