Colton Patton is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Boyd, TX who attends Boyd. Strong athletic build. Left handed hitter, hits from an upright stance with a short and direct line drive swing, has quick hands and gets the barrel into the zone well, middle of the field approach and showed the ability to maintain his bat speed while hitting to the opposite field, accurate barrel, projects well as a hitter. 7.35 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder who charges the ball well and has some footwork into his throws, makes accurate on line throws from a long and loose arm action. Also played the infield with the same calm athletic actions. Took a turn on the mound, showed a loose arm from a high 3/4's arm slot, threw consistent fastball strikes up to 77 mph and had a quick inning of efficient strikes. Good student.
