2022 13U/14U Sunshine South Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Conner Duron is a 2026 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-5 130 lb. frame from Pasadena, TX who attends Deer Park. From both the IF and on the bump, Duron showcased young developing actions with plenty of room to fill out and add strength to the build. He worked to and through the ball well from his primary IF spot with feel for the glove, ultimately touching 72 mph across the diamond. He flashed a two pitch FB-CB mix on the mound and was efficient, letting his defense work behind him. Offensively, Duron was loose and comfortable in the box, starting from an even stance with barrel control present. He produced contact gap to gap, posting an exit velocity of 68 mph. Ran a 7.57 sixty yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
