Garritt Romero is a 2025 SS/RHP, 2B, 3B, UT with a 5-6 115 lb. frame from Manvel, TX who attends Glenda Dawson. Smaller build with athleticism. Flashed intriguing traits on the infield. Solid glove actions. Showcased fairly good footwork. Moves well laterally, allowing him to cover ground in both directions. Short, direct swing in the box. Uses the entire field well. Adding strength to frame would allow for hard hit contact more frequently. Athletic operation on the mound. Drop and drive delivery. High ¾ arm slot with long arm path with flashes of arm speed. Not afraid to mess with timing by varying leg kick. Stayed balanced throughout. FB sat 65-68 mph with slight armside run. Threw it to both sides of the plate. Worked well on inner half to RHH. Paired with a CB that sat 55-58 mph with big, 1-7 action. Hitters struggled to stay back on offering. Got fair share of whiffs with both offerings.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
