Emmanuel Felix is a 2024 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-5 145 lb. frame from Phoenix, AZ who attends Mountain Pointe. Developing physical build that stands to drastically improve as he continues to develop. Primary catcher, sets up in a conventional crouch and shows some quickness out of it. Shows good feel overall for his age. Short arm action, gains ground on his throws, posted a 2.28 second pop time in the catching workout. On the mound, has a similar short arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Simple and repeatable mechanics, fastball up to 68 mph, fills up the zone with strikes. Mixes in a high 11-to-5 shaped curveball with some depth to the plate. At the plate, uses an upright and slightly open stance with a simple stride trigger. Allows the ball to get deep. Middle to opposite approach, power tool will continue to develop alongside his build.
