Walker Hurst is a 2025 OF/C with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from League City, TX who attends Clear Creek. Medium frame with a lean physical build and plenty of room to fill out. Ran a 7.37 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows some bounce to his movements working light on his feet to the ball, gathers it cleanly and carries momentum into crow hop with some carry to his throws and projectable arm speed. Also worked out behind the dish, has a slightly side-straddled setup with some stiffness to how he receives it; longer and deliberate transfers with arm strength that plays better from the outfield. Right-handed hitter, sets up even and uses a toe tap trigger for timing. Shows some bat speed and strength in the swing working on a linear plane and generating some jump and carry to the pull side gap when squared.
