Gianni Bonanno is a 2024 RHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Goodyear, AZ who attends Millennium. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 8.44 seconds. Primary pitcher, compact stroke through the back to 3/4 arm slot, short stride downhill, fastball worked 72-76 mph with sink and good life overall, showed curveball with some depth to it, solid strikes. Hits from even stance with high hands, leg lift trigger with long stride, puts the ball in the air with barrel skills, will improve with strength. Worked out at 1B, shows solid hands with footwork around the bag, stays balanced, clocked up to 69 mph on throws.
