AJ Kutcher is a 2021 LHP/OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Antioch, IL who attends Antioch Comm. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.32 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, hooks through back of arm stroke, lower release height three quarters slot with deception, fastball worked 79-82 mph with heavy life, fastball quality is strong, showed curveball with bite at times, flashed a changeup as well. Good upside on the mound. Hits from even-based stance with high hand set, steeper entry path, line drive plane, shows contact skills. Worked out in the outfield, moves well and shows athleticism and coordination, clocked up to 82 mph on throws. Excellent student, named to 2020 Great Lakes Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
