Clayton Dees is a 2024 SS/2B, OF with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Lakewood Ranch HS. Recorded a 6.81 second 60-yard dash time. Long, lanky build with lots of athleticism and wiry strength. Primary shortstop who fields with two hands out in front and a shorter arm stroke. Rounds the ball well with good body control. Solid actions with good lateral range and solid arm strength recorded up to 85 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter with easy bat speed and loft to the swing path. Juice to the pull side with lots of whip to his hands. Very functional swing with good strength at the impact point. Controls the barrel throughout the zone and posits significant power upon projection. Tremendous student. Named to the 2022 NUC East TP List.
