Kian Barker is a 2023 OF/C with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Point Loma. Slender frame. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.25 seconds. Primary outfielder that was able to clock up to 79 mph on his throws. came to the ball well, showed good footwork with with a quick transition and release. Displayed a strong arm, still working on the accuracy. Right-handed hitter, has a short compact swing with good bat speed, showed the ability to turn on the inside pitch. Has pull side power, consistently squared the ball up. Very good student. Named to the West Coast Prospect Top Prospect list.
