Javier Del Toro III is a 2024 2B/RHP, MIF, OF, UT with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Monte Alto, TX who attends Edcouch-Elsa. Ran a 7.91 60-yard dash. Good fielding fundamentals in the infield with good glove actions. Strong footwork around the bag at second base. Showed the ability to throw from multiple arm slots and can make the bare-hand charging play. Short arm stroke in the outfield and releases quickly. At the plate, swing has good looseness to it. Can adjust well in the box and found the barrel frequently in BP. His highest exit velocity was 74 MPH. Should add more power as he continues to fill out. Excellent student in the classroom.
