Colton Jones is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cy-Fair. Recorded a 7.19 second 60-yard dash time. Primary left-handed pitcher with a medium frame and lean young build. Athletic delivery with a quick arm swing to 3/4 slot down the slope. Fastball with run up to 82 mph (1976 RPM) and short breaking ball with depth at 71 mph (2116 RPM). Present arm strength with athleticism bouncing off the bump and fielding the position. Secondary first baseman with quick feet moving around the bag and throws across the diamond at 77 mph. Worked in the outfield charging the ball with intent and inline momentum. Longer arm swing on throws from the outfield at 83 mph. Left-handed hitter with relaxed stance and even base. Compact level swing creating some leverage out front with pull side impact. Excellent student.
