Kolin Swindall is a 2025 RHP/3B, SS, OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Alvin, TX who attends Alvin. Recorded a 7.42 second 60-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and athletic build. Works from the middle of the rubber with a staggered feet start and high coiled lift. Direct to the plate with a long arm swing and a high 3/4 arm slot delivery down the slope. Creates downhill plane from his high slot on the fastball up to 85 mph (2315 RPM). Curveball with 12/6 depth and sharp action in the low-70s (2608 RPM) as his primary secondary offering. Flashed a changeup with fading action in the 77-mph range to complete his three-pitch arsenal. A north/south type pitcher using his fastball and curveball to change eye levels and plane with the ability to control the zone with both. Solid command and feel to kill spin on the changeup (1601 RPM) for a change of pace to both righties and lefties. Solid feel for three pitches that he tunnels from his high slot release. Secondary third baseman with corner actions and footwork working through the ball and arm strength across the diamond at 87 mph. Some athleticism moving around and ability to drop the arm slot on the move. Deliberate approach to gather working in the outfield with throws to the bases at 88 mph. Right-handed hitter with a slightly open balanced stance in the box. Inward knee-lift trigger short stride with high hands and linear bat path through the zone. Works through the middle with pull side impact out front. Outstanding student with a 5.0 GPA. Named to the Sunshine South Showcase (Tues/Wed) Top Prospect List.
