Kaleb Foster is a 2028 SS/RHP/3B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Montgomery, TX who attends Lake Creek. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.44 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, stays low on the approach and working through the ball, quick and active footwork, glove plays well out front and picks the backhand cleanly, shows lateral agility with footwork, lower slot on throws across the diamond, nice strength and carry on throws. Also pitched, quick look with a full delivery on the mound, some drop and drive through lower half mechanics; works fast and gets to a mid three-quarters release point, filled the zone and worked exclusively off of fastball that topped 76 mph. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, wide base, strides into contact with balance and keeps hands tight. Fast hands with big bat speed through the zone, works on a mostly linear path and does a nice job of staying short to the ball. Jump off of the barrel, can go to all fields with best contact to the middle of field. Named to the 2023 13u Perfect Game Select Festival.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
