Reilly Witmer is a 2023 RHP/3B with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Naples, FL who attends Naples HS. Physical build with an extra large frame and room for additional physical projection. Primary right-handed pitcher who only pitched during the event. Side step into a leg lift at the belt. Open stride down the mound with a higher arm slot. Clean release and arm action. Fastball peaked at 95 mph with plenty of arm side run. Slider worked in the mid-80s along with the changeup which was his best secondary pitch. Changeup spins along a similar fastball axis with up to 21 inches of horizontal movement. Solid strikes with good efficiency. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
