Tyner Horn is a 2023 RHP/IF, OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from Halstead, KS who attends Eisenhower. Medium frame with athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.50 seconds. Primary pitcher, tall on backside over rubber, works downhill, fastball worked 85-88 mph with fluctuating command, flashed good sink, curveball with good late depth and spin, big upside on the mound. Hits with big coil into load, minimal hand load, compact pushing hand path. Showed the arm strength defensively, up to 87 mph across the diamond and 85 mph from the outfield. Very good student, named to 2021 Ohio Valley Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
