Edward Brown is a 2024 SS/OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from New Orleans, LA who attends Edna Karr Secondary. Medium frame with a lean build proving to have some room to fill out physically down the road. Ran a 7.24 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sitting back on the baseball as he makes sure to keep it in front of him. Long arm action as he was accurate with throws to the bag. Threw it 71 mph during drills. Secondary Outfielder, working cleanly into the baseball as he gathers to the side and then works into transfer. Low slot release as he threw it 72 mph during drills. Looks to throw it all the way to target. Right-Handed Hitter, very narrow to start and then works into a low leg lift to stride. Uphill swing path as he looks to drive the baseball back up the middle. Outstanding Student.
