Mason Bryant is a 2028 OF/RHP/3B with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Kingwood, TX who attends Kingwood. Medium, high waisted frame with a slender build and plenty of room to fill out. Recorded a 7.54 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary outfielder with aggressive actions into the fielding process, a clean gather off his front foot and well maintained momentum into release. Delivered accurate throws with developing arm strength up to 73 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup with good rhythm and tempo to his movements down the slope. Incorporates a slightly coiled leg lift into balance and gets good stride length out to foot strike. Fastball worked in the mid-to-upper 70s throughout his outing with tons of strikes to both sides of the plate. Mixed in developing breaking ball with both horizontal and some vertical bite to it at 64 mph, will continue to improve with additional velocity and minor refinements mechanically. Right-handed hitter that hits from a spread stance with a high, tight hand set and high back elbow. Incorporates a negative toe-tap loading mechanism to start swing, while staying though the hitting zone with a slightly longer swing path. Whole field approach with developing impact, gets extension when out in-front. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Solid overall skill set with tons of physical upside and projection remaining.
