Isaiah Fernandez is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends Westminster Academy. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 8.07 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, is quick out of his crouch and has good lower half athleticism, compact arm action with a low transfer, makes accurate throws with good carry, has the tools to continue to improve defensively. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a small leg raise trigger, pretty still start, has good feel for the barrel and moves the ball around with line drive contact. Also pitched, has an on line delivery with a mid 3/4's arm slot. Fastball worked in the upper 70's and touched 80 mph, mostly straight. Slider was a good pitch for him, landed it very consistently especially against left handed hitter. Strike thrower who had a nice outing. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
