He has improved his release since the last time we've seen him and it shows he's been putting in a good effort to improve. Colton is a switch hitter who makes good contact from both sides. He has good balance and uses a knee lift trigger to start his swing. Colton has a line drive swing path and centers the ball well from both sides of the plate. He has bat speed and will go up in the zone and get the ball. Colton has pop in his bat and has the ability to hit the ball to the opposite field on a consistent basis. Colton is a very good student with high test scores.
