Jack Yantosh is a 2027 1B/RHP, OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Glen Mills, PA who attends Garnet Valley. Lean, long levered frame with plenty of time and room to physically mature. Recorded a 7.84 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary first baseman with a developing defensive skill set. Showed some agility around the bag, a clean funnel out in-front and used slightly elongated process to make turns to throw. Produced fairly accurate throws up to 72 mph across the diamond. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with deliberate pace and some deception due to cross-body landing. Fastball worked in the upper-60s to low-70s throughout his outing with slight sink to it and topped out at 72 mph from an over-the-top arm slot. Mixed in developing curveball with gradual depth to it and some promise. Will improve with proper mechanical refinements and additional velocity. Right-handed hitter that hits from a balanced, open base with a high, tight hand set and big leg lift trigger. Whole field approach with consistent contact and developing feel for the barrel. Will continue to improve with more engagement with his lower half, proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
