2022 Northeast Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Jack Osmond is a 2025 OF/IF with a 5-8 172 lb. frame from Jackson, NJ who attends Jackson Memorial. Recorded a 5.28 second forty-yard dash time. Compact, physical looking frame with present lower half strength and lean muscle throughout. Primary outfielder with aggressive actions into the fielding process, a clean funnel and smooth transition into release. Recorded online, accurate throws during drills with developing arm strength up to 79 mph. Secondary infielder with some quick twitch athleticism throughout the fielding process. Displays tons of range to either side and works through the baseball into release. Slight waist bend to field out in front and did show the ability to change arm angles when necessary. Recorded arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond. Switch-hitter with similar narrow base and high hand set from both sides. Displayed consistent bat-to-ball skills and lightning quick hands from both sides, while exhibiting gap-to-gap power potential as well. Implores a more lofted stroke from the left side than the right side, but shows legitimate switch-hitting ability and power potential that will translate well as he continues to mature. Solid defensive skill set with plenty of upside remaining, tons of present offensive tools with legitimate impact potential at the plate. Will continue to improve with maturity and additional strength. Good Student. Named to the 2022 Perfect Game Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
