Matt Muzikant is a 2026 SS/RHP, 3B, OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Williston Park, NY who attends Herricks. Recorded a 7.93 second sixty-yard dash time. Athletic, slender frame with a high waist and plenty of room to physically mature. Primary infielder with a fundamentally sound defensive skill and plenty of upside remaining. Used short, choppy steps to range laterally to either side, while incorporating a clean funnel out in front. Showed ability to change arm slots when necessary, stays low and works downhill through the baseball. Recorded accurate throws up to 64 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, upright stance with a high, tight hand set and hover trigger for timing. Whole field approach with loose, lofted stroke and good feel for the barrel. Displayed some present bat speed and the ability to shoot line drives from gap-to-gap. Will continue to improve with minor swing adjustments and additional strength. Plenty of projection remaining.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
