Jack Finch is a 2024 3B/1B/OF with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Lexington, MA who attends Lexington. Finch works from a medium broad build with clear strength in it, showcasing his ability from multiple positions on the day. Starting from the IF, he used a lower slot to produce consistent accurate throws across the diamond and got behind the ball well. The clean glove work translated to 1B where he once again proved to be a reliable fielder. Finch continued the accuracy from the OF and created good momentum in his mechanics. Offensively, the lefty started from a slightly open stance with high hands to generate line drive contact with backspin from gap to gap. Ran a 7.92 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
