Sam Taylor is a 2025 SS/IF with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Glenmoore, PA who attends Owen J Roberts. Medium frame with an athletic type build. Ran a 7.05 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, good lateral movements proving to take efficient routes to the baseball. Short choppy steps breaking down into gather. Scoops it up out front and shuffles into transfers. Proved he could throw from multiple arm angles. Throws up to 87 mph during drills. Right-Handed Hitter, even base to start with rigid hands. Pre-set load working into a lower leg lift to stride. Lands a bit closed off before firing the hands. Bat speed present and drives it hard when he times it up properly. Will continue to make strides with strength gains. Outstanding Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
