Jon Crosby is a 2023 OF/UT with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Evans, GA who attends Augusta Christian Schools. Medium, athletic build with slender strength in the frame and more coming. Good runner, 6.88 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder, works through the ball well with a one hand gather on the side, compact arm action to a high release. Had true flight on throws with accuracy to the bag. Recorded throws up to 79 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts from a wider base with a low hand set, has a short, direct swing with an inside out path. Got extended later in the round and had a pair of doubles in game, showing the power in the swing. Good student. Named to 2022 Fall Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.
