Jack Lapertosa is a 2026 C/1B with a 5-9 195 lb. frame from Bethpage, NY who attends Bethpage. Lapertosa works from a medium broad build with strength present throughout. As a primary catcher, he displayed a slight side saddle set with controlled movements and intent to gain ground towards second base. He has room to refine the arm action and work more in-line as arm strength continues to develop for the '26 prospect. Posted a 2.38 pop time. At the plate, the left handed hitter started from a narrow base with some hover to the leg trigger, successfully keeping the bat path level through the zone. He has further room to shift the weight through impact and unlock additional power potential, posting an exit velo of 67 mph. Ran a 8.84 sixty yard dash.
