Cooper Wilson is a 2025 RHP/C/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Vanguard. Ran a 7.49 second sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher with an average build. Showed a short arm action staying on line through the delivery up to a high three-quarters arm slot. Uses the back side efficiently with some drop and drive action coming to the plate. The fastball sat 73-78 mph as the primary pitch early in counts. Was able compliment the fastball with a good split finger changeup that showed later depth and a curveball that rounds out a three pitch mix. Got to the spot on the infield with young footwork playing the ball deeper on the body. Showed developing arm speed on the throws while making the plays with accuracy across. Waits back on the ball in the outfield playing the hop as he fields the ball out front and maintains a good line to the bag with his gather and release. Right-handed hitter, starts narrow with and open stance. Gets back to even with a toe tap trigger as the hands drop into the load. Is able to get on plane early with the bat path creating line drive contact with developing strength at the point of contact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
