Jackson Asaro is a 2025 C/RHP/OF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Plymouth, MI who attends Plymouth. Smaller lean build. In the outfield, he charges hard with choppy steps at reception. The glove secures out front and works into a short quick release. The carry it produces is decent with accuracy at times. Behind the dish, he sets up in a side saddle crouch, exchanging quickly into a from ear release. The footwork is sound replacing the feet well in rhythm. The carry on the throws was quality. At the plate, the hands start tigh to the frame with big turn in. He flashed impact through the middle of the field but could use some shortening of a pretty elongated path. 7.08 60-yard. Outstanding student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
