Seth Ellis is a 2024 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Loveland, OH who attends Loveland. Large frame with a filling out build. Ran a 7.58 second sixty yard dash. Primary First Baseman, proper footwork showing around the bag and while turning two. Confident with the glove scooping it up. Fundamentally sound with feel for the position. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, simple delivery working into a leg lift to stride. Stays balanced before releasing from an over the top slot. Direct to dish and proved he could fill up the zone going right after hitters. Fastball up to 73 mph with spin rates up to 1,368 rpm. Breaking with vertical actions in the upper-50's with spin rates up to 1,492 rpm. Secondary Third Baseman, sitting back on the baseball. Similar fielding as over at first with feel for the glove when in front of him. Full arm swing and release with throws up to 77 mph. Right-Handed Hitter, even base to start with an open front side. Toe tap to stride working into a longer path. Thump in the barrel when he finds it. Power to middle of the field present. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
