Braydon Sturino is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-2 198 lb. frame from New Milford, CT who attends New Milford. Sturino works from a broad build with evident strength throughout. As a primary RHP, he worked from the full windup displaying a simple repeatable operation and high 3/4 slot. The FB topped out at 83 mph with running life, mixing a breaker with vertical depth present when on top. Sturino recorded outs efficiently and looked comfortable and controlled on the mound. From the OF, he showcased a deep fielding funnel and compact arm action to produce accurate throws on the bag. Offensively, the righty started from a slightly open narrow stance with intent to use all parts of the field. Contact tool should become more consistent as the stroke refines. Ran a 7.86 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
