Pearce Dennis is a 2028 2B/RHP with a 5-4 90 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Houston Christian. Small frame and very young build. Ran an 8.83 second 60-yard dash. Primary second baseman, has solid fundamentals right now but slower first step and limited range, softer hands and some length into release, can change slot when he needs. Pitches as well, longer delivery with methodical movements, full arm action and up to 65 with the fastball, maintains plane a bit and shows big slower breaking ball. Right-handed hitter, open setup and little wasted movement, level path and lacking real strength right now but an idea to work on a linear path, will improve with added size and strength.
