Lorenzo Garcia is a 2026 C/RHP/OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from La Porte, TX who attends La Porte. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.44 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, developing some of the receiving parts but gets tall out of the crouch with some quickness and showed a quick arm through a lower slot that produces projectable arm strength as he adds accuracy. Similar in the outfield, fields it deep and shows some quickness to the ball with some arm speed to project on. Stretch only delivery on mound, balanced with a medium leg lift, loose arm through a low slot generating sink on the fastball and flashed feel for a slower depthy curveball. Righthanded hitter, open and spread in the lower half, some quickness and generates some whip to the ball, some stiffness through the zone but comes off the barrel well when squared and can impact the other way already.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
