2023 New York Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Jonathon Bohlman is a 2024 3B/MIF, OF with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from Rocky Point, NY who attends Rocky Point. Strong build on a medium frame and some life to his actions. Primary position IF, using a wider base to square up to the ball and presenting the glove out front. Feels for the ball a bit on the backhand side but makes all the plays. Full arm action building throws up to 80 mph across the diamond with good accuracy. Handled the slow roller quite well too. RHH working from a crouched, wide base getting into his base to start. Tight handset with high back elbow and hanging leg lift trigger for timing. Line drive oriented stroke and working the ball gap to gap. Displayed hand quickness and consistent loud contact throughout. Very good hitters profile here with power projection long term. Outstanding student too.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
